WHAT ARE THE COSTS?

CBS offers very competitive rates. At 15% to 20% of the base salary for the candidate you have chosen the cost is very competitive and in line with the hidden recruiting costs associated with hiring employees. (expensive ads, long turn around times, rehiring and retraining, ect)
All we require is an initial payment of $2,000.00 per job posting. The remainder of the fee is paid when the candidates accepts the job offer.
