Parking at Trolley Square is readily available, at approximately one-third the cost of parking downtown.

Full maintenance is included, and covers decoration, and necessary structural maintenance and daily cleaning. Cleaning takes place after 6 pm, allowing you an uninterrupted working day.

24 hour security controlled access allows you to come and go as you wish.   All of our clients receive one key and security proximity access card per person, as well as parking access cards for those requiring a parking stall.

The Joyce on Fourth is an Irish pub and restaurant with a distinctive style. Combining Old World charm and modern-day comforts, the Joyce offers a place to sit back and enjoy an enjoyable lunch or gathering after work.
