With exclusive access to the full third floor of the Trolley Square Building, each of our 34 rental offices are decorated with modern office furnishings. This premiere office location provides flexible, economically priced space that can be adjusted as your company's size and needs dictate.
The reception area is located directly off the elevator bank and is designed with our clients and their businesses in mind with classic furniture and artwork that adds to the atmosphere of quality and professionalism. The receptionist will greet your clients, announce their arrival and make sure they are comfortable during their visit.
When you need an office for a day or even a few hours, you will find exactly what you need at a Calgary Business Services business centre. Whether it's a small room for a business meeting or interview, or a larger one for a conference or special presentation, you can book the facilities you need for the time you need them - on an hourly, half day or full day basis. Each of our three room options offers a high speed internet connection and a telephone.
Our room options are:
- The main boardroom, which comfortably seats up to 12 people. It also has a white board and pull-down screen for presentations.
- The meeting room, which seats four people and has a white board
- A courtesy office that houses an executive desk and visitor chairs. It can be used for meetings, or daily use by out-of-town visitors
A fully maintained kitchen is available to all Calgary Business Services business centre clients, where tea, coffee and filtered water are freely available for your staff and guests.
